The Contact Center sector represents a very dynamic and spirited activity in the Dominican Republic, and is regulated and benefits from the tax incentives granted by Free Zones Law No. 8-90.

The Contact Centers, offer services to a wide range of industrial sectors, among which are worth noting; medical interpretations, commercial and computer telecommunication services; while in the data processing segment (BPO’s), financial services, human resources, energy, engineering, and construction services stand out.
